1. Where are you located?
We are located in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China.

2. How do I place an order?
If you have an account with us you can order on-line or sign up.

3. Do you accept Drop Shipping?
Yes, we also do Drop Shopping. We can ship the package to your customer directly. And we won't put any invoice or promotion in it.

4. What if I am making a large / bulk order/interested in becoming your local dealer / agency?
Buying multiple the product in one order will enjoy wholesale discounts. Discounts vary according to the quantity. The more quantity you buy, and more discount you get. Please contact by email(

5. How can I pay?
We have several payment methods: PayPal, Bank Transfer and Western Union, you can choose the one which more convenient for you.

6. After making a payment, can I change my billing or shipping information?
If you want to make a change, please contact us
orders@animefuns.com or message us as soon as possible, we will try to see if we can change it for you. Better within 24 hours.

7. How do I track my order?
Once we provide you with the tracking number, you will be able to check the item delivery status online.

8. How long will my order take to process?
Most order will be shipped out within 1-2 wokring days after you placed. Some special items may need 2-4 working days. Please don't worry, all the package will be shipped out as soon as possible.

9. Do you accept customized?
